Job Summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Material Handler - Fabrication to support our team in Waukesha, WI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue material from stock locations and kits material from daily release and pick lists.
  • Prepare kits for transportation, deliver to dock areas, and prepare packing lists.
  • Deliver finished fabricated parts from machine areas to welding areas, kitting areas, interplant shipping docks, and stage them in proper areas with pallet ID tags.
  • Move pallets of in-process work to accessible machines, marking items with pallet ID tags.
  • Stack work-in-process or component parts in storage racks.
  • Unload bar stock and sheet steel from trucks, locate material with proper identification, and turn receiving paperwork in for quality inspection.
  • Receive, locate, and issue daily release parts to ensure proper inventory.
  • Dispose of scrap steel into dumpsters outside the building and notify the scrap salvage company when dumpsters are ready for pickup.
  • Move raw material from receiving and locating to WIP and finished goods receiving, locating, tagging, and moving throughout the day without interruption.
  • Deliver stand-up stackers and walkers for battery changes during the shift.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • No relocation is offered for this role; all candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility.
  • Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and lift up to 50 LBS.
