- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting our company's tools and accessories.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
- Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
