Position Summary

The Environmental Services Leader is primarily responsible for overseeing teams engaged in daily operations, including mold remediation, asbestos removal, and duct cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct crews in accordance with industry standards
  • Ensure proper documentation at job sites
  • Maintain quality control throughout projects
  • Prioritize safety on all job sites
  • Facilitate communication with clients and project managers during the mitigation process
  • Deliver work that meets high-quality standards
  • Complete tasks promptly
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call coverage for emergency responses
  • Operate company vehicles responsibly
  • Adhere to safety protocols
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in the environmental sector, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Hands-on experience in mold and asbestos remediation, as well as duct cleaning
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a drug test and background check
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Overtime as required

Working Conditions:

This role involves exposure to typical construction hazards. Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Employees will work in various environments, including those that may be hot, cold, wet, or unsanitary, and must be able to handle chemicals safely.
