Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to Build Constructive Relationships: Build effective relationships within the store.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
  • Independent Judgment and Discretion: Exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with the Store Sales Manager as needed.
  • General Retail Knowledge: Possess a strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Ability to work effectively within a team and a flexible schedule.
Physical Requirements and/or Environment
  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. and be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
