About the Role:

We are in search of a Senior Project Manager with a robust MEP background and over 8 years of experience in Commercial and Industrial construction to enhance our team.

Experience in our core sectors, including healthcare, transportation, industrial, and financial institutions, is highly valued, along with demonstrated pre-construction expertise in design-build and CMAR delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall direction, technical management, completion, and profitable financial outcomes of multiple construction projects.
  • Project assignments may range from managing one large, complex project to several smaller to medium-sized projects through subordinate managers.
  • Provide administration and technical management for new projects and business development opportunities, from bid/proposal preparation to final client acceptance.

  • The ideal candidate will be an efficient, organized, multi-tasking, and positive-minded team player with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of making decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to delivering the highest quality outcomes is essential, with a focus on continuously evaluating processes and implementing necessary changes based on knowledge and client feedback.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, P6, and project management systems like Procore.
  • Ability to prepare complex proposals and estimates with minimal supervision while managing profit/loss responsibilities.
  • Renowned for completing projects on time and within budget with minimal oversight.
  • Proactively lead on-site safety and quality control initiatives.
  • Strong reputation for adhering to contract and company change order management procedures, negotiating change orders with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the highest integrity in collaboration with project teams and clients.
  • A 4-year degree in Building Sciences, Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
