Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at the Fairfield Anaheim Resort. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, processing payments, and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete end-of-day activities, including posting charges to accounts and running night audit backups
  • Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit
  • Process adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges
  • Print contingency lists to maintain a record of all guests in case of emergency
  • Sell rooms to guests without reservations based on availability
  • Operate the telephone switchboard station and process requests for wake-up calls
  • Complete the Room Rate Variance Report
  • Process all guest check-ins and assign rooms
  • Activate or reissue room keys using the electronic key machine
  • Count and secure the bank at the end of the shift
  • Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
