**Job Description**

As a Senior Roadway Engineer | Project Manager at PRIME AE Group, you will play a vital role in shaping communities and enhancing the built environment. This position centers on leading the engineering design and development of urban and rural highways and roadways within our Transportation Division.

**Primary Responsibilities**

  • Manage impactful projects and mentor emerging engineers.
  • Foster growth in highway engineering and contribute to our mission of making a positive difference through our work.
  • Collaborate with our Transportation Teams across all states to advance meaningful projects that serve our communities and deliver excellence.

**Requirements**

  • BSCE required.
  • Active PE registration is required.
  • 10+ years' progressive experience in a combination of highway design and project management responsibilities.
  • Preliminary and Final design experience with ODOT projects, specifications, and guidelines preferred.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using Civil 3D, OpenRoad Designer, and roadway design software is a plus.
  • Working knowledge and working experience of all programs supported by MS Office required, including MS Project is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with AASHTO Policies and Guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
