Demolition Specialist

The hourly rate for this position is $18 - $20 per hour, which may vary based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.

As a Demolition Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Working 5x8s, Monday - Friday, with 40 hours guaranteed, and potential overtime
• Following basic blueprints
• Safely demoing and removing drywall, doors, cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc., using hand tools
• Keeping jobsites safe and clean from debris

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience as a Demolition Technician
• Ability to safely demo and remove damaged materials from residences affected by flooding
• Experience in debris removal and disposal
• Strong communication skills to ensure team safety
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in residential fields is preferred
