About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent with a license or certificate within the state providing services. You will work independently under minimal supervision and have at least two years of experience working in a home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-$105,000, paid on a per-visit basis.
