Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $70-76CPM per mile, with additional earnings from detention and layover pay. Plus, enjoy hotel reimbursement up to $75 per training period.

Job Description

As a seasoned truck driver, you will help new drivers complete their training and become fully road-ready. This role requires solo dispatch only with students, no teaming required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible, candidates must have 6 months of recent OTR experience, no safety termination in the last 3 months, and meet certain safety standards.

Benefits

This position offers a paid 2-day Finisher class ($360: $180 a day), bonus program ($500 upon completion of your ninth qualifying student upgrade), and flexible scheduling.
