Pharmacy Support Associate

About the Role
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed by the attending physician, using established protocols and procedures.
- Prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Verify the identity of residents receiving medications and ensure that all medications administered are properly labeled, returned, and reordered.
- Develop and maintain a calm and cheerful environment, fostering a culture of warmth and enthusiasm among residents and colleagues.
- Collaborate with charge nurses, director of nursing, and/or administrator to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident care.
