About the Role:
The Packaging Team Member will be part of a team of employees responsible for packing meat and seafood into pouches and boxes for distribution to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be punctual, friendly, and a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vacuum seal and box portions on easy-to-operate packaging machines.
- Weigh, label, and stack boxes on pallets for distribution.
- Work as part of a twelve-person team.
- Maintain a clean workspace.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Ability to add and subtract simple numbers and to multiply and divide.
- Able to work in a temperature-controlled refrigerated plant.
