About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Mount Prospect Academy. As a key member of our Community Based Services team, you will play a vital role in providing short-term support and stabilization to youth and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish clear treatment goals and provide clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventions.
  • Direct the activities of other team members to ensure client and family interactions are goal-oriented and clinically appropriate.
  • Provide clinical support for individuals and their families to overcome obstacles, identify strengths, and develop support networks.
  • Offer support, education, and guidance to assist in developing structure, routines, effective parenting skills, positive communication, safety, and behavioral plans.
  • Conduct home visits and provide services based on individual and family needs, such as nutrition and meal planning, household budgeting, and hygiene planning.

  • Background check, driving, and other record checks required.
