Job Summary

Fujifilm is seeking a highly skilled Electronic Test Technician to join our team. As an Electronic Test Technician, you will be responsible for testing electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and final assemblies to ensure they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and final assemblies to confirm compliance with HCUS electrical requirements
  • Follow assembly and test procedures to set up and use various types of electrical test equipment
  • Complete board level repair services in conjunction with customer returned material
  • Perform final acceptance test (FAT) on completed systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair nonconforming PCBA or sub-assemblies
  • Evaluate, clean, troubleshoot, and repair customer return merchandise (RMA)
  • Assemble top level assembly in accordance with the assembly procedure
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in electronic engineering or technical certification preferred
  • 2 years of Electro-Mechanical testing experience
  • 3 years or more of testing and repairing PCBA
  • IPC 610 and 620 certifications preferred
  • Proficient with using torque wrenches, battery operated tools, and basic hand tools
  • Basic understanding of Electro-static Discharge (ESD)
  • Basic knowledge of MS office (Excel/Word)
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level
  • Problem solving skills

  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work as a member of a team environment

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
