About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Engineer to join our team at Eclipse Enterprises. As a key member of our measurement technology team, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and parameterization of vibration measuring devices for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the assembly and parameterization of vibration measuring devices according to individual customer specifications.
  • Assemble electronic components and PC systems, configure software, and conduct thorough testing.
  • Collaborate closely with our development departments, purchasing, sales, and customers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of our systems.
  • Provide technical product support to our customers remotely and occasionally on-site (2-5 business trips per year, worldwide).
Requirements
  • IT or electronics degree/technician/IT or electronics profession with several years of professional experience.
  • Experience in configuring Windows-based PC systems.
  • Broad interest in PC hardware and software.
  • Competence in project management and communication.
  • Independent work style and high-quality awareness.
  • Very good German and English skills.
