Job Description:This role involves working closely with small business clients to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive their success.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients and leverage in-depth knowledge of their businesses to uncover needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and support partners across the enterprise to bring in partners at the right time to support sales opportunities.
- Consult with small business clients to understand their business priorities and provide solutions that meet their needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of proven consultative sales experience in financial services, business-to-business sales, or small business banking.
- Ability to operate in a phone-based sales environment.
- Proven track record of enhancing existing client relationships and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
