Key Responsibilities
  • System Operations: Ensure the optimal operation of our midstream energy systems, making recommendations for adjustments as needed to achieve optimal performance.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate the execution of routine and emergent maintenance, including planning, execution, materials sourcing, and cost control.
  • Operational Scheduling: Ensure the scheduling and completion of operational assignments, including routine and emergent maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and solve technical, operational, and organizational problems, serving as an expert resource for the operating area.
  • Safety and Compliance: Identify and promptly address safety and operational deficiencies, protecting community, personnel, the environment, and assets.
  • Communication: Communicate optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including Gas Control, Gas Management, Operating Teams, and Customers.
  • Customer Needs: Understand customer needs and contractual obligations, integrating them into daily operations and monitoring compliance with contracts.
  • Operational Planning: Coordinate efforts of Operating Teams, providing guidance and data for performance metrics and facilitating operational planning meetings.
  • Performance Analysis: Gather, analyze, and form recommendations based on performance data, making decisions related to work and the work of others in the operating area.
  • Reporting and Communication: Perform routine operational reporting and communications, including daily reports, shift turn-over, and daily meetings.
  • Procedure Review: Review and verify operating procedures and facility drawings, including P&ID, mechanical, electrical, and plot plans.
