We are seeking a skilled Clin Nurse II to join our team at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. This role involves coordinating care planning with other disciplines and providing professional nursing care within an assigned unit.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for caring for medical surgical patients, particularly those requiring post-surgery care. With a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience and Tennessee State RN licensure, you will be well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of this role.

As a Clin Nurse II, you will be responsible for:

  • Correlating patient history and support systems within hospital care/nursing home care.
  • Assessing learning needs of patients and families.
  • Developing and initiating plans of care, involving patients and families.
  • Recommending interventions and evaluating plans of care.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives. We offer a competitive salary of $76,000 per annum, which is reflective of the location and industry standards.
