Job Summary

Eakas Corp is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting injection molding machines and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate injection molding machines and related equipment
  • Perform mold changes and ensure proper machine settings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with injection molding machines and related equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in injection molding
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
