Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services in rural communities, emphasizing patient care, education, and accessibility. This role involves leading a clinical team, ensuring accurate patient documentation, and prescribing medications while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintaining behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations.
  • Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience.
