Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a key member of our NICU team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to neonates and their families in the NICU setting
- Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, guidelines, and best practices in neonatal care
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree
