We are seeking a skilled Hotel Engineer to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Aurora, CO. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Hotel Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of hotel interiors and exteriors, including pools and common areas. They will also perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor painting, plumbing, electrical work, and equipment upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and safety of hotel interiors and exteriors, including pools and common areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor painting, plumbing, electrical work, and equipment upkeep.
  • Notify management of major repair needs and perform preventative maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate from a Vocational Institution in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical repair preferred.
  • Current Driver's License required.
Working Conditions
  • Frequent climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, and repetitive motion.
  • Close visual acuity required for inspections and equipment operation.
