Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair building equipment, including commercial food equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
  • Price out parts and equipment necessary for repairs
  • Maintain an orderly shop and general maintenance of work areas
  • Assist with other aspects of the department as needed

Requirements

  • Vocational/trade school degree and/or 1-3 years of experience
  • Basic knowledge of trades such as equipment repair, electrical, and refrigeration
  • Familiarity with operation of power tools, welding, and equipment such as scissor lifts
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, and Internet research engines
  • OSHA 10 Certification
