About the Role

PingWind Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photography Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in capturing high-quality images for various projects and initiatives, including marketing campaigns, events, product photography, and editorial content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality images, studio headshots, event photography, photo editing, and printing.
  • Set up and adjust camera equipment, lighting, and props to achieve desired compositions and visual effects.
  • Ensure that images meet established quality standards, including composition, exposure, focus, and color accuracy.
  • Assist in editing and retouching photographs using photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance visual appeal and meet project requirements.
  • Crop, resize, and optimize images for use across various digital and print platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories.
  • Organize and maintain the photography studio and props to ensure a clean, functional, and professional work environment.
Requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure that photography assets are properly tagged, categorized, and archived.
  • Create custom graphics, icons, and illustrations to enhance website visual appeal and branding.
  • Select and edit high-quality images and multimedia content for use on web pages.
  • Demonstrated passion for photography and a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technically proficient work.
  • Proficiency in digital photography techniques, including camera settings, lighting, and composition.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or Art degree preferred (not required)
