About the Role

Baptist Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our team. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a critical role in assisting with cardiac stress testing, performing electrocardiography (ECG) testing, and monitoring exercise for safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with cardiac stress testing and ECG testing
  • Monitor exercise for safety and document procedures
  • Perform EKG services according to established hospital procedures
  • Assist with billing for Holter and stress testing
  • Maintain equipment and inventory
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Health Education, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in cardiac or fitness/wellness environment
  • Completed internship in cardiac and pulmonary setting
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
  • EKG Technician certification within 2 years
