About the Role:

As an Insulation Specialist at CDI, you will play a critical role in the final assembly of our curbs and curb adapters. You will work closely with our team to ensure that products are accurately measured, insulated, and prepared for shipping.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately measure interior dimensions of finished shells
  • Install insulation material, lifting lugs, and applicable labels
  • Operate glue guns, drill, sprayer, and pinspotter
  • Review and clean welds and apply cold galvanizing spray paint
  • Track and log work via computer/tablet

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to safely use various measuring tools and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally

Salary Range:

$52,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience
