- BLS: Basic Life Support certification is required.
- PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification is necessary for designated units.
- NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure certification is required for NICU assignments.
- TNCC: Trauma Nursing Core Course certification is essential for ER roles.
- Tech Cert Verification: National certification is required for OR Technicians.
- State License Verification: State License 1 and NURSYS verification are mandatory.
- NIH Stroke Certification: Preferred for ER, ICU, and Telemetry units.
- Competency Exams: Annual competency exams for medication and core subjects are required.
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Schedule: 3x12 hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other weekend required.
- Experience: Critical care experience is a prerequisite.
- Licensure: Georgia RN license is required.
- BLS Certification: Must possess BLS certification.
- IV Skills: IV start capability is necessary.
- Preferred Certifications: ACLS and PALS are preferred but not mandatory; Cerner experience is required.
- Patient Ratio: 1:6 patient ratio.
- Proof of I-9 or attestation is required.
- A color copy of the driver's license is mandatory; black and white copies are not acceptable.
- A government-issued photo ID is required.
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation is necessary.
- A Residency Declaration Form is required if working under a compact license.
- 3x12 hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
- Every other weekend is required.
- Completion of HealthStream modules is required prior to the first day of work.
- Modules will include various educational and facility-specific training.
- The facility will assign HealthStream modules to the selected candidate.
