Key Responsibilities- Program Delivery: Design and implement engaging lesson plans, activities, and games to promote social-emotional learning, STEAM education, and physical activity among students.
- Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, assisting with homework completion, snack distribution, and ensuring student safety during outdoor activities.
- Behavior Management: Effectively manage student behavior, using positive reinforcement techniques to promote good behavior and minimize disruptions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with school administrators, parents, and fellow coaches to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Education and Experience: 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
- Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities, and a passion for promoting social-emotional learning and education.
- Additional Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the United States, complete and pass a Live-Scan background check, and TB screening.
- Competitive Compensation: $20/hour.
