Continuous patient care is provided in alignment with the Nurse Practice Act and established hospice care standards.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
An Associate's degree in nursing is required.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of two years in nursing is necessary. Experience in hospice or home health settings, along with CHPN certification, is highly desirable.
Licensure/Certification:
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia.
