Position Highlights:
- Exclusive focus on Urogynecology
- No requirement for hospital call
- Access to a dedicated Women's Center with exam rooms and a surgical suite for minor procedures

- Office-based practice with access to traditional ASC and hospital settings

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive women's health services through office-based and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures
- Maintain a Monday-Friday clinic schedule with built-in rounding time
- Engage in a full scope UroGYN practice, performing both major and minor procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries with robotic assistance

Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a Urogynecology or Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship
- Board certification or eligibility in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery
- Active and unrestricted licensure in New York or the ability to obtain prior to commencement
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or the ability to obtain prior to commencement
Note for New York Residents: The salary range for residents is $306,850 to $446,400, defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus may vary based on experience and performance metrics. Compensation is influenced by various factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.
