Family Medicine Physician

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position starts at $180,000 and can go up to $225,000 per year, with an additional $10,000 annual performance bonus. Comprehensive benefits include 3 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, sick days, and a paid CME allowance with days off. We also offer health, vision, dental, and life insurance.

Job Description

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide direct medical care to company employees, working closely with the healthcare team to improve patient health status and address immediate needs. You will see approximately 15-25 patients daily, providing episodic, preventive, and acute healthcare services. In some cases, duties may include occupational health services, such as post-offer physicals and return-to-work exams.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• At least three years of post-residency clinical experience
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room settings
• Board Certification in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Primary Care, or Emergency Medicine (or Board Eligible with certification within twelve months)
• Current state and federal DEA certification
• Basic Life Support certification from AHA or ARC
