Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for operating diagnostic imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images of patients. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Operate diagnostic imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images of patients
  • Review physician orders and prepare patients for exams
  • Position patients and image them using various modalities, including CT, MRI, and radiography
  • Administer contrast media as required for specific diagnostic procedures
  • Assist radiologists with invasive procedures, such as biopsies and injections
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient exams and procedures
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program and registration as a Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred
  • Good working knowledge of anatomy and principles of physics, electricity, and variations of anatomical positions
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
