Position Overview
We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for working with children to become a part of our esteemed team at All About Therapy. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for children referred for speech therapy services.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs.
- Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group sessions when necessary.
- Integrate play and engaging activities into therapy to enhance learning.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as required.
- Maintain open communication with parents and collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all services provided.

Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathology License.
- At least one year of experience working with children in a natural setting.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and calmness when working with children who may be anxious or distressed.
