Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administer medication, and manage potential complications that may arise.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in Labor and Delivery nursing.
