Job Summary

Mile Bluff Medical Center is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in Mauston, Wisconsin. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medication therapy management and counseling to patients
  • Conduct medication reviews and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding medication use
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and medication therapy
Requirements
  • Current Wisconsin license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions)
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a Pharmacist
  • Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification
