Responsibilities- Develop and Execute IEPs: Create and implement personalized education plans for students with special needs, taking into account their unique learning styles and abilities.
- Tailor Instruction: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring they receive a high-quality education.
- Employ Instructional Techniques: Utilize a range of teaching methods and technologies to engage students and promote learning.
- Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure students meet their educational goals.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with general education teachers, counselors, and specialists to provide a comprehensive education for students.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
