Perioperative Nurse Fellowship Opportunity at St. Elizabeth Healthcare

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking experienced and new graduate RNs to join our Perioperative Nurse Fellowship Program. This program provides on-site training and mentorship to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a perioperative setting.
As a perioperative nurse, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical care to patients undergoing surgery. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes and provide care that is respectful, dignified, and empathetic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based clinical care to patients undergoing surgery
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
- Provide care that is respectful, dignified, and empathetic
- Participate in unit-based PI activities to positively impact patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Licensed to practice in the state where work is being performed
- Meets contact hour requirements for licensure
