About This Role: We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team as Sales Floor Associates at Dollar Tree. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contributing to meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner;
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers;
• Ensure the store is stocked and visually appealing at all times;
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and contribute to achieving sales goals;
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
