Job OverviewPerkins Management Services is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join the team at Denmark Technical College. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to students and staff.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work effectively in a team. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the executive chef to develop and implement menus that meet the needs of the college community
- Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the demands of the college's meal service
- Providing excellent customer service to students and staff
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years' experience in a similar role
