Job Overview:

As a Bartender at UP On The Roof, your primary responsibility will be to craft and serve a diverse range of beverages to patrons. This encompasses non-alcoholic drinks, signature cocktails, beers, and wines, all adhering to our established recipes and protocols to guarantee an exceptional dining experience.

You will also function as a cashier for the bar area, catering to both guests at the bar and those seated at tables. Your responsibilities will include lifting and transporting beverage items, supplies, and equipment, maintaining balance, and effectively communicating with supervisors, colleagues, and guests.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift, manage, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Strong sense of balance and physical agility
  • Capable of standing and remaining mobile for extended periods
