As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks, working closely with others, and under the direction of a Foreman to ensure the successful completion of each building project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels to precise specifications.
  • Form footings, column pads, and other structural concrete to meet project requirements.
  • Install and align embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware.
  • Assist with layout as needed to ensure accurate placement of materials.
  • Strip forms after panels are poured, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain and keep track of tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings to understand project specifications.
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed, including lifting at least 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of tilt-up panels and the process is preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival on site.
  • Able to work weekends if needed, and provide basic hand tools for carpentry.
  • OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one to ensure a safe working environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Work outside in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs, with regular breaks to maintain physical well-being.
