Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial GEOINT, strategic planning, and policy development to advise on and assist with strategic planning, business analysis, and supporting GEOINT analytic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in strategic planning, policy, and business analysis to support the development of commercial GEOINT products and services.
  • Support GEOINT analytic activities and resources at the strategic and operational levels, ensuring quality in the development, design, and delivery of commercial GEOINT products or services.
  • Develop strategy documentation and guidance to support management processes, facilitating cross-office engagements and requirements planning.
  • Conduct business analytics and metrics to measure success, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Act as the interface between NGA, NSG customers, and source providers, supporting policy development and enforcement for commercial remote sensing systems.
  • Coordinate positions on commercial remote sensing system license requests, providing secretariat support to the NGA-led Commercial Remote Sensing Working Group.
  • Review and revise management and governance policies, instructions, standards, and best practices, building productive relationships with senior leaders, workforce, and collaborating partners.

Qualifications:

  • Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree and 11-14 years of relevant experience (Advanced degree can substitute for some experience)
  • Experience in Commercial GEOINT and adherence to policies and regulations
  • Experience interacting with senior-level personnel
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts
  • Strong skills in strategic planning and policy development
