Production Supervisor Role

We supply critical systems and components to the aerospace and defense markets.
Our products are rugged enough to fly 5 billion miles from Earth on NASA's New Horizons spacecraft and innovative enough to be featured on Eviation's Alice all-electric aircraft.
What You'll DoAs a Production Supervisor, you will lead and direct a team of employees in an assigned area of operations.
You will identify and implement lean manufacturing tools to drive improvements and provide inputs to management for budget development.
You will also assist Value Stream Managers with monthly reporting and review daily key performance indicators to evaluate current status and gap to plan.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience or 5+ years of experience in the field or related area

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
- Intermediate skill level with MS Office software
