Strategic ERP Architect

We are seeking an experienced Global Finance Practice Manager to lead our global finance functional analyst teams across all ERPs (SAP, Infor M3 & Oracle) in collaboration with business segments and Finance & Accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a multi-year ERP strategy with input from enterprise and segment finance stakeholders and maintain an annual launch roadmap aligned to ERP strategy, people goals, and budget.
• Ensure change management is fully integrated into ERP rollout strategy and cutover planning, with effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and training execution.
• Manage, lead, and grow functional analyst talent, ensuring the team is right-sized by region with up-to-date skills and knowledge to operate platforms.
• Work with PMO to track and manage resource capacity and utilization within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Finance, with MBA highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with ERP delivery and support in Manufacturing, preferably SAP, Infor, Oracle.
• Experience with Big-4 Consulting and/or multinational corporations, ideally with successful leadership of large, complex ERP implementations for Finance functions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• An estimated salary range of $150,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
