As an Automation Project Engineer, you will:
1. Collaborate on modernization initiatives to develop concepts and prototypes that align with our operational goals.
2. Manage engineering projects related to equipment and automation across our high-volume manufacturing environment.
3. Identify and propose modifications or replacements for existing equipment, ensuring the deployment of effective automation solutions.
4. Oversee project management for multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
5. Engage in continuous improvement efforts by addressing equipment downtime and optimizing existing automation systems.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience (3-5 years) in designing and sustaining complex electro-mechanical systems.
