Silas Creative Bartender

The Bartender provides exceptional service while preparing high-quality beverages for our guests. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Manage cash and credit transactions, including processing payments and making change
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol purchases
• Clean and maintain the bar area, including equipment and glassware
• Balance cash receipts and maintain accurate records
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and making recommendations
• Stock and maintain bar supplies, including beer, wine, and liquor
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• 21 years of age with a Level 2 ServSafe Certification and 2 years of bartending experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
