At Goodwin Recruiting, we're dedicated to providing innovative solutions for our clients. As a Licensed Electrician on our team, you'll play a crucial role in building energy independence by installing state-of-the-art solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $41, with the possibility of commensurate increases based on experience. Additionally, you'll receive:

  • $65/day per diem and all travel expenses covered.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off and holidays.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Key Qualifications:
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician License in IL.
  • A valid driver's license (CDL certification preferred).
  • MIOSHA/OSHA certifications (OSHA 30).
  • Experience with electrical systems, preferably 1–3 years.

Your responsibilities will include:

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Installing solar PV systems while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and NEC standards.
  • Inspecting and troubleshooting electrical systems and solar equipment.
  • Traveling extensively to job sites (90–100%) with overnight stays during weekdays.
