As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for operating snowmaking equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Compensation

The estimated hourly wage for this role is $20.00 - $22.04, reflecting our commitment to providing fair compensation for skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate snowmaking equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  2. Perform basic snowmaking equipment maintenance
  3. Work on the production of snow to create the best skiing surface for our guests
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful mountain operations
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic hand tool knowledge and skill
  • Ability to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment
