Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse on our 2 East Medical Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric patients with a wide range of acute conditions and comorbidities. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients with acute medical and surgical conditions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical equipment
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Document patient information and progress in the electronic medical record
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts RN License
  • Evidence of Continuing Education
  • Prior experience working as a RN required, Med Surg experience preferred
  • Current Telemetry experience or able to pass Telemetry Competency Exam within 90 days of beginning position
  • Current AHABLSCertification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Documented Professional Developmental activities
  • Knowledge of Critical Paths
  • Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • BSN Preferred
  • AHAACLSPreferred
