The Senior Mortgage Banker will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Renasant Bank branch managers, Realtors, and builders to generate production of all one to four family residential products. This individual serves as the facilitator of the mortgage loan process, maintaining productive relationships with mortgage operations staff.
Key Responsibilities- Loan Origination: Originate all types of one to four family residential loans.
- Goal Setting: Maintain written goals created in conjunction with the Mortgage Banking Department.
- Loan Production: Coordinate loan production throughout assigned service area.
- System Maintenance: Maintain prescribed system status report of all loan cases in process.
- Reporting: Report monthly on calls made to banks, realtors, and builders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of Mortgage Origination/Banker experience
- Ability to originate one to four family residential mortgage products
- Thorough knowledge of FHLMC/FNMA, FHA, VA, and other general mortgage banking lending procedures and requirements
